Niken Indigo is our General Manager with more than 16 years of experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry in Bandung, Jakarta, Bali and Banyuwangi. Her career spans through several fields such as restaurants, nightclubs, hotels, fine-dining, and tourism.
Originally from Bandung, West Java, Niken has always been gravitated towards customer satisfaction – resulting in high regards from former employers, colleagues, and patrons.
Currently she is dedicated to ensure all BIYC members, guests, and visitors are welcomed and served wholeheartedly.
Hailing from San Benedetto del Tronto, Executive Chef Domenico Cicconi began his culinary journey at the tender age. Just off the coast of the Adriatic Sea, his hometown is regarded as a food and beverage paradise. Chef Domenico’s childhood experiences would be an inspiration to him —he would watch his mother hone her culinary skills at work and at home as a first step to inspire his concept idea “homemade food is a translation of heart passion to take care your loving people”.
The consummate chef pursued his dream at Istituto Alberghiero F.Buscemi, and upon graduation went to work with MotoGP as a private chef. His clientele included lauded Grand Prix motorcycle racers such as Valentino Rossi, Max Biaggi, Roberto Locatelli and Alex Hoffman. After that, he spent considerable time working with professional caterers known on the world stage. As such, he began to broaden his horizon, delighting epicureans in countries such as Europe, the United States, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, in Singapore was owner as well for 5 years of Ciao@ Italian Risto Bar and Indonesia where today as Chef in Banyuwangi Yacht Club.
